A: Yes, we use HIPAA guidelines and technology to secure and encrypt your health information and documents. Our secure technology includes:

• AWS (Amazon Web Services) – This service is used to host the application on encrypted servers.
• Encrypted Database – This encryption protects your information at rest (while it is being stored).
• SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate – This certificate ensures the website security and protects your information in transit (as you make updates to your information in the database).
• Audit Trails – These logs track all customer logins and changes made within the application.
• Username and Password – You are required to create a unique username and password when you sign up for an account. There is a minimum password requirement to ensure you are creating strong passwords. *Remember to protect your password at all times!!
• Password Protected Report – The application requires the recipient(s) you share your personal health report with to use a temporary password to view the report. This password expires within 72 hours.
• Automatic time out – You will be automatically logged out of the application if it remains idle for 10 minutes or more.
• Authorize.net – This service is used to secure payment collection.
